Connect, watch, act: from sensors to saved yield
No new line hardware. Terrantic reads the signals your instruments already produce and turns them into decisions operators can use during the same shift.
Connect your existing instruments
Terrantic connects in read-only mode to the sensors and control systems already in your facility. OPC-UA is the primary path for SCADA and PLC systems. Direct sensor APIs and MES flat-file exports are supported too.
- Read-only access. Nothing is written to your control systems.
- IT review and sign-off are part of implementation.
- The pilot needs no new hardware.
Watch each line in real time
For every line, Terrantic builds a yield baseline from historical production data. It checks live readings against that baseline, then sorts deviations by type, yield effect, and urgency before sending an alert.
- Your data sets the baseline, not industry averages.
- Thresholds reflect SKU, lot size, and seasonal variation.
- Lines are compared continuously, not just in scheduled reports.
Act: send the right information to the right operator
Once a deviation passes its threshold, Terrantic checks capacity on other lines, prepares a recommendation, and sends a plain-language alert to the operator for that line. No dashboard hunting or interpretation needed.
- Alerts reach existing operator terminals or mobile devices.
- Alerts include yield data behind each recommendation.
- Acknowledgment is recorded by shift for debrief reports.
Built around plant data realities
Plants have older controls, uneven sensor timing, and networks that cannot be interrupted. Terrantic works within those limits.
See it on your floor?
Implementation takes under 2 weeks with no production downtime. Start with one line to prove the concept before expanding across the floor.
