Pricing and pilot questions

  • At pilot close, you get a full debrief with line-by-line yield data, alert history, reroute decisions, and estimated impact. Continue with Single Facility, or pay nothing and walk away with no obligation. The debrief data remains yours either way.
  • The pilot covers one processing line. Adding a second line during the 60-day period converts you to Single Facility, billed from the expansion date. Most facilities can read their ROI from one line within the first two weeks.
  • Yes. Single Facility is invoiced annually at $28,800. If budget cycles make that difficult, contact us to discuss a quarterly arrangement.
  • Implementation is included in every plan, with no separate charge. The pilot follows a standard 10-day sequence: data handshake, baseline calibration, alert routing, and a supervised live run. There is no separate setup fee.
  • Single Facility is annual by default. Multi-year agreements are discussed through the Operations Network plan. If you are considering a longer commitment for one facility, contact us to discuss options.
  • Your customer operations contact reviews the prior month's yield data with you: which lines moved most, which alert types fired most, what reroute decisions saved, and whether season or SKU mix calls for threshold adjustments.

The 60-day pilot is built to show a clear yield number. If the gains are there, the plan pays for itself. If not, you leave with a detailed analysis of where your yield went.
